Overview

MIT Medical's Nutrition Service encourages students and health plan members to ask for guidance on eating healthfully. Our nutritionist also provides information and develops strategies for:

Gaining weight
Reducing weight
Managing blood pressure
Improving blood lipid levels
Managing diabetes
Eating for optimal health
Treating eating disorders (in conjunction with a primary care physician and Mental Health staff)
