    Learn about mind-body resources that can help manage pain from fibromyalgia, TMJ, RSI, back pain, and other conditions.

Meditation for Health

    Meditation has been studied as a method for improving health as well as decreasing stress. Learn about the practice of meditation and how it can benefit your health.

Stress Management for Busy People

    Recognize the signs of overstress and make a personal blueprint for finding balance in a busy life.

Exercise for Busy People

  • Thursday, January 7
    12-1 p.m., Room E23-319
    The benefits of exercise extend to mind, mood, and body. Take a healthy step toward getting motivated to exercise and fitting exercise into your busy schedule.
